Requesting Data Deletion

To initiate the deletion of your data from the Photograf mobile application, please follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare Your Request: Include your user identification details and explicitly state your desire to delete all personal data held by Photograf.
  2. Send the Request to Support:
    • Email: Write an email addressed to
    • You should send an email from the same email address that appears on your Photograf account.  
    • Subject Line: Suggested format – “Request for Data Deletion”.
    • Content: Clearly state that you are requesting the deletion of your data, including all of your uploaded photos and photo book projects.
  1. Confirmation of Receipt: Upon receiving your email, the support team at Photograf will send you a confirmation that your request has been logged.

Q: How will I know when my data has been deleted?
A: You will receive a final confirmation email from our support team once all your data has been deleted from our systems.

Q: Is there a way to cancel my deletion request once it’s been submitted?
